EXCHANGES
If you’d like to exchange an item for a different product, please place a new order for the replacement item and then return the unwanted product to us for a refund. This ensures you receive your replacement quickly and without delays.
To arrange your return, please email us at office@fieldsbackpacks.co.uk with:
Your order number
The item name
Your preferred return option (see below)
Return options (free if your item is faulty/incorrect):
Royal Mail home collection – with a prepaid return label.
Prepaid QR code (print at home) – drop off at a Post Office or Delivery Office.
Prepaid QR code (on your phone) – show the code at your Post Office or Delivery Office and they’ll print the label.
Important: Items must be returned in their original packaging and in resaleable condition (unless faulty).
Once we’ve received and checked your returned item, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.
