Refunds

We want you to shop with confidence, so here’s how our refunds work:

Eligibility

  • Refunds can only be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

  • To request a refund, please provide your order number, name, and the email address used for the purchase.

  • For security reasons, we cannot issue refunds to any other account, name, or email address.

If you change your mind

  • If your order hasn’t shipped yet, contact us at office@fieldsbackpacks.co.uk to cancel and receive a full refund.

  • If your order has shipped, you can still return it under our 30-day Returns Policy (see Returns page for details).

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, you are entitled to a full refund (including original postage costs).

  • Please notify us by email and we will arrange a free return.

Refund Timing

  • Once approved, refunds are processed back to your original payment method.

  • Please allow 5–7 business days for the funds to appear in your account (depending on your bank or PayPal).

PayPal Purchases

  • If you paid via PayPal, refunds will always be returned to the same PayPal account used at the time of purchase.
