Refunds
We want you to shop with confidence, so here’s how our refunds work:
Eligibility
Refunds can only be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
To request a refund, please provide your order number, name, and the email address used for the purchase.
For security reasons, we cannot issue refunds to any other account, name, or email address.
If you change your mind
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, contact us at office@fieldsbackpacks.co.uk to cancel and receive a full refund.
If your order has shipped, you can still return it under our 30-day Returns Policy (see Returns page for details).
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, you are entitled to a full refund (including original postage costs).
Please notify us by email and we will arrange a free return.
Refund Timing
Once approved, refunds are processed back to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–7 business days for the funds to appear in your account (depending on your bank or PayPal).
PayPal Purchases
If you paid via PayPal, refunds will always be returned to the same PayPal account used at the time of purchase.
