Refunds

Eligibility for Refunds:

  • Refunds are only issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

  • Requests for refunds must include the original order number, name and the email address used to make the purchase. We are unable to issue refunds to any other name, email address, or payment account for security and fraud prevention purposes.

If You Change Your Mind:

  • If your order hasn’t shipped yet, you may request a full refund by contacting us at office@fieldsbackpacks.co.uk

  • Once a refund is processed, it may take 5–7 business days (depending on your bank or PayPal) to reflect in your account.
