Orders & Shipping

Where is my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking email. If you haven’t received it or need help locating your order, please contact us at office@fieldsbackpacks.co.uk.

How do I cancel my order?
We process and ship orders quickly. If you need to cancel, please email us at office@fieldsbackpacks.co.uk as soon as possible. If the order has already been dispatched, you can still return it using our Returns Policy.

Can I make changes to my order?
Once an order has been confirmed, we’re unable to make changes. If you need to adjust your purchase, you can use our Returns & Exchanges Policy after delivery.

Payments

Why has my payment not been accepted?
Please check that your card details have been entered correctly and that your card provider has not blocked the payment. If the issue continues, email us at office@fieldsbackpacks.co.uk.

Returns & Refunds

I returned an item but haven’t received my refund.
Refunds are processed within 14 working days after we receive your return. If you haven’t received your refund by then, please email us at office@fieldsbackpacks.co.uk.

I was refunded the wrong amount.
If your refund doesn’t look correct, contact us with your order details at office@fieldsbackpacks.co.uk and we’ll resolve it.

Gift Cards

Can I use more than one gift card on an order?
Yes, multiple gift card codes can be applied to a single order.

Can I use less than the full value of my gift card?
Gift cards are automatically applied in full unless your order total is less than the balance. Any remaining balance will stay on the card for future use.

Do gift cards cover shipping?
Yes, they can be used towards shipping costs.

When does a gift card expire?
Our gift cards never expire.

Can I split payment between a gift card and a credit/debit card?
Yes, if your order exceeds the gift card balance, you can pay the difference with a standard payment method.

Do discounts apply to purchasing a gift card?
No, gift cards are excluded from promotions and discounts.

Can I refund a gift card?
Refunds to gift cards are possible. The refunded amount will be credited back to the gift card balance.

Can I buy multiple gift cards in one order?
No. Each gift card must be purchased separately, and gift cards cannot be purchased together with other products.

What if I lose my gift card code?
Email us at office@fieldsbackpacks.co.uk and we will resend your gift card code.

Can I schedule a gift card email to be sent at a specific time?
Not at the moment. If you’d like to send it later, choose the “Email to You” option at checkout, and forward it to the recipient when you’re ready.
