We want you to be happy with your purchase, but if something is not quite right, returning it is quick and easy.

Return Window

• You have 30 days from the date you received your order to request a return.

• Please notify us by email at office@fieldsbackpacks.co.uk within 15 days of receiving your order with your order number and the reason for the return. We’ll respond promptly with your Royal Mail returns options.

• You then have a further 15 days to send the item back.

How our Royal Mail Returns Work

Receive Your Prepaid Label Once your return is approved, we’ll email you a Royal Mail prepaid return label (PDF) you can print at home.

Don’t have a printer? No problem, we can send you a QR code instead. Just show it at any Royal Mail Post Office or parcel point, and they’ll print and attach the label for you.

Send It Back Your Way You can choose whichever is easiest:

• Book a home collection through Royal Mail’s website your local postie will collect it from your doorstep, or

• Drop it off at any Post Office, Parcel Post Box or Royal Mail Collection point.

Get Your Refund Once we have received and inspect your return, we’ll issue your refund within 3-5 working days back to your original payment method.
