We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please follow the steps below.

How long do I have to return an item?

You have 30 days from the date you received your order to return an item.
Please notify us by email at office@fieldsbackpacks.co.uk within 15 days of receiving your order if you wish to return it.
You then have a further 15 days to send the item back.

This policy is in addition to your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

Free returns (damaged or incorrect items)

If your item is damaged, faulty, or we sent the wrong item:

Returns are free of charge.
Once we have assessed the item, we will issue a full refund including postage costs.

Returns for change of mind or ordered by mistake

if you no longer want your item:

You are responsible for the return postage cost.
We recommend using Royal Mail Tracked 48 with proof of posting.
Once we receive the item in its original packaging and resaleable condition, we will refund the item cost only (not postage).

How to return your item

We offer three simple return options (for damaged/incorrect items):

Royal Mail Collection - We’ll arrange collection from your home and provide a prepaid label.
Prepaid QR Code (with printer) - We’ll email you a QR code. Print at home and drop off at your local Post Office or Delivery Office.
Prepaid QR code (no printer needed) - We’ll send a QR code to your phone. Show it at the Post Office or Delivery Office and they’ll print the label.

What to include with your return

Please also include the completed ‘Reason for Returning’ form (enclosed with your order) inside your return package.

Packaging

Items should be returned in their original packaging and in a resaleable condition (unless faulty).
items not returned in original packaging may be subject to a deduction from your refund to cover repackaging costs.
