1. General Conditions
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
Any information you submit on this website may be transmitted over networks and could be altered to meet technical requirements.
You may not reproduce, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any content on this website for commercial purposes.
Headings are for convenience and do not affect the interpretation of these Terms.
2. Online Store Terms
“Item” refers to a product available for purchase on this website.
We take reasonable care to ensure product details are accurate at the time of entry.
Images and descriptions are provided as accurately as possible, but actual items may vary in appearance, colour, or texture.
3. Order Acceptance
We may not accept your order if:
The item is out of stock.
Payment cannot be authorized or appears fraudulent.
There is a pricing or product description error.
A system or procurement failure occurs.
Customer validation checks fail.
Once your order is accepted, you will receive an order confirmation email.
4. Pricing and Modifications
Prices may change without notice.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue products or services at any time without liability.
5. Shipping
Delivery options will be shown at checkout.
Next-Day Delivery: If the next day falls on a Saturday, orders must be placed by Friday 12:00 PM; otherwise, delivery occurs the following Monday.
Delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., courier delays, peak periods).
6. Returns and Refunds
6.1 Returns
You may return items within 30 days (extended to 31 January for the Christmas period).
Notify us within 15 days of receiving your order via email at office@fieldsbackpacks.co.uk.
Return the item within 15 working days in its original packaging and resaleable condition, unless damaged.
6.2 Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we will issue a full refund and cover return postage.
6.3 If You Change Your Mind
Returns for change of mind must be shipped at your cost.
Refunds will cover the item cost only, not return postage.
We recommend using Royal Mail Tracked 48 (2nd Class) with proof of posting.
6.4 Return Options
Royal Mail Collection: Prepaid label provided. Collection available Monday–Saturday.
QR Code Printing: Download QR code to print and take to your local post office.
Mobile QR Code: Scan QR code from your phone at the post office.
Include your order number, item name, preferred return option, and the ‘Reason for Returning’ form with your package.

6.5 Exchanges
To exchange an item, email us to return the unwanted item and place a new order.
Items must be in resaleable condition and original packaging.
Exchange shipping is free unless packaging is missing, which may incur additional charges.
6.6 Refund Process
Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
Requests must include the original order number and email used at purchase.
PayPal refunds go back to the same PayPal account.
7. Payments
Payments are processed securely via the methods listed on checkout.
For PayPal transactions, refunds will be credited to the original PayPal account.
8. Liability and Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profit or opportunity.
You agree to indemnify us for any claims, damages, or costs arising from breach of these Terms.
9. Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by English law and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.
10. Entire Agreement
These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us.
If any term is found unenforceable, the remainder will continue to apply.
11. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, or pandemics.
